SHORE Family Pack Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway ("Giveaway") is Shore Things Australia (ABN 84 861 052 305), trading as SHORE ("Promoter," "we," "us").

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and anyone directly associated with the promotion of this Giveaway, are ineligible to enter.

2.3 One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. Entry Period

3.1 The Giveaway opens at 12:00am AEST on 2 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 23 July 2026 ("Entry Period").

3.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, eligible individuals must complete the entry form at myshorey.com during the Entry Period, providing their first name, email address, and mobile number.

4.2 No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free.

4.3 By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from SHORE, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entry into the Giveaway.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prize is one (1) SHORE Family Pack, comprising multiple Shoreys in mixed designs from the Escape Collection, with a total approximate retail value of $499 AUD ("Prize").

5.2 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.3 If a specific design is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative Shorey design or item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, within 3 business days of the Entry Period closing.

6.2 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at entry.

6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6.4 The winner's first name and state/territory of residence may be published on the SHORE website and social media channels to verify the winner, with their consent.

7. Privacy

7.1 Personal information collected during this Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the SHORE Privacy Policy, available at myshorey.com/policies/privacy-policy.

7.2 Information collected will be used to conduct the Giveaway, notify the winner, and (where consented) for future marketing communications from SHORE.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical errors, or for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

8.3 The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway.

8.5 This Giveaway is conducted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Permit Information

No permit is required to conduct this Giveaway, as the total prize value ($499 AUD) is below the permit thresholds in all Australian states and territories that require one (ACT, NSW, SA, NT).
